A fun filled month in class 10. The pupils enjoyed creating a questionnaire, learning about their muscles and Physical Literacy. Congratulations to Tamzin who was awarded first place at Banbridge Festival.
Class 10 have had a busy October. The pupils have continued the topic ‘My Body’ and enjoyed Autumn art & crafts.
We have carried out lots of experiments linked to the body. Our favourite experiment was on the Digestive System.
The pupils enjoyed making many tasty treats during Home Economics this month. The favourites included apple crumble, sweet kebabs, top hats and a jelly brain.
The pupils are looking forward to The Speech and Drama Festival and are rehearsing their poems every day in class.
Class 10 pupils are very pleased to be back at Donard School. They had an enjoyable summer with many of the pupils attending the summer scheme. We are delighted to welcome into our class Miss McGauley, Florence and Ann. Also a special welcome to new pupils including Jack, Jordan, Carter, Josh and Curtis.
Class 10 enjoyed a great day at the Big Telly Drama Work Shop, with lots of fun and creative role play. We also treated ourselves to juice and buns in Cocos.
